About this house sitting position in Seaford

Where is the housesitting to be done:
I live close to Seaford Beach and therefore walking distance to some lovely cafes and restaurants, train station and wetlands.
Housesitter will have his/her own bedroom and bathroom and use of most of the house incl wifi and foxtel

Requirements:
- my dog (border collie/kelpie) needs 2 walks a day and company.
- my cat is 18 years+ and therefore very precious. she needs to be looked after (dog steels her food)
- the goldfish are no hassle, just a bid of food
- my garden and lots of pot plants
