About this house sitting position in Sunshine

We have a very comfortable recently renovated suburban home with 2 available bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a spa bath), a cinema room and a nice sized backyard. We have 2x 8yo Kelpie Crosses that love cuddling on the couch and daily runs at the oval that is perfectly located literally across the road. Our house is located in the bend of the creek so plenty of options for local nature walks at the doorstep. Sunshine shopping centre is 5 mins by car or there is smaller IGA in closer walking distance. The city is easily accessed by car (25mins) or a 20 min train ride. You can walk to the station in about 20 mins or there is a bus stop 30m from the front door which will get you there in about 8 mins.

We have a lounge room with a 50" TV and a cinema room with large projector screen and surround sound with fast NBN and subscriptions for most streaming services.

Relax in the spa bath with mood lighting and Scandinavian sauna style wood paneling.

The house has evaporative cooling throughout and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The newly landscaped backyard means you can enjoy the day reading a book in the hammock or cooking up a storm on the BBQ.

Williamstown and Altona Beach are 15 mins drive and there is also an Aquatic Centre in Sunshine with both indoor and outdoor pools.

We are ideally looking for a couple to enjoy the house together, water the garden (help yourself to fresh veggies) and feed and walk the dogs. Older children that are ok with medium sized dogs would be fine, the dogs love all humans but might be too boisterous for toddlers.
Unfortunately they don't like other dogs or cats so sorry this would not work for pet owners.

Mini (the man) is a Kelpie Staffy, loves cuddles but also loves to run. Has just had ACL surgery in October so needs to take it a little easy.
Gumpy (the woman) is a Kelpie Heeler, she loves to be outside in winter and in the shade in summer. She is not as cuddly but loves ball game. She is the smart one :)
They are strong on the lead and need to be kept away from other dogs. It's better to be walked one each or even one at a time. They need to be fed breakfast and dinner. And water topped up daily. They will take an instant interest in you and be your best friend. You will miss them after your stay. Read more...
