About this house sitting position in Tallebudgera Valley
Large shambolic multi level family home , swimming pool, and chook/duck runs on one and half acres in Gold Coast Hinterland. Back yard is fenced and home to our 10 ducks and 10 chickens, as well as a large variety of wildlife.10 minutes by car from beach, shops, and all metro conveniences. Drought ravaged garden currently needing minimal care. However multiple stairs and sloping block do require reasonable knees and hips. Our 6 dogs are all easy going, healthy, affectionate, well behaved Havanese (quite small), one with some anxiety issues, who sleep on our bed (when they want to). 3 rescue cats, the oldest of whom is going a bit senile. Looking after this lot is a responsibility we would usually only entrust to family members, but on this occasion (an OS family wedding), none is available... so we would like someone who can act as surrogate family to all our much loved pets while we are away.
