Three bedroom, one bathroom older home recently renovated. In a suburb with magnificent views of mountain and river. Lots of walking tracks along riverside. One 7yr old staffy mild mannered dog who demands to be walked every morning and fed at night. She is used to company during the day as we are an older retired couple.
