I'm a design 'ecosystem' gardens, and I optimise and declutter homes, to increase human connection. Ive been doing this in Australia and Japan for the past 22 years. I'm single, never-married, and will be 50 next year. Until March 2018 had this gorgeous house in Inner Sydney, which I've run as an AirBnB and place for wonderful people, with great reviews. The garden was a wasteland when I moved in. Just barren clay and shale. I created soil, terraces, and made a kind of wonderland. The landlord's agent gave an amazing reference, which they never usually do.
My hobbies are Japanese tea ceremony, drawing, gardening, whole food cooking, and bushwalking. And stain removal. I love vintage, and Ive got antiques and expensive upholstery of my own, so I need to know how to protect them : )
I'm actually looking for a beautiful home, as thats important to me. Of course, I will keep it that way.
While staying at your house, I will be writing and illustrating a book on Lean management. It will change the world!
