More information about this house sitter

I am a 70 year old retired, single, clean, active, organised, responsible, and independent male.
I have a caretaker(handyman) role for a friends properties.
As he is now himself retired and spending more time at his properties, I have more time to travel and pursue house minding opportunities in Australia and worldwide.
I enjoy travel and experiencing different places and meeting new people.
I am experienced with ground maintenance and general handyman tasks.
Whilst I have not done any house minding in the last several years I now find myself in the position to do more.
I am willing to travel Australia wide for new experiences and only need internet, a supermarket and perhaps a pool or beach nearby for my needs. (walking distance)
I am sociable but also completely happy with my own company.
I do have a small, sideline and hobby business online trading coins.
I am comfortable and confident around animals and especially dogs.
I can offer phone references for any who may have interest.
