UPDATE: WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A LONGER HOUSE SIT OF SEVERAL WEEKS DURATION IN CENTRAL NORTH COAST TASMANIA.

IF YOU HAVE A DOG OR CAT THEY ARE GOING TO BE VERY WELL LOOKED AFTER, ENTERTAINED & EXERCISED AS DIONNA IS AN ANIMAL BEHAVIOURIST & A VETERINARY NURSE.

Dionna is a professional Animal Behaviourist with 15 year’s experience. She is also a UK trained Veterinary Nurse. So she is very experienced in animal care both physically and mentally. We are both very big animal lovers and run an online Animal Behaviour business that supports Veterinary Practices & Pet Owners all over Australia.

We are currently travelling around and experiencing Australia in our Motorhome.

We are both degree trained professional's who are originally from the UK, but emigrated to Australia 20 years ago and have called Tasmania home for the last 15 years. Ed is an engineer and Dee is an Animal Behaviourist. We now work professionally online so are free to work as we travel. We are professional nomads who travel in our motorhome.

We are both early 40's, fit and active and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. We are both non-smokers. We are both very big animal lovers and are travelling around Australia with our two extremely well-trained dogs. With Dionna being an Animal Behaviourist believe us when we say they are very well trained!

During our travels around Australia we enjoy staying in locations for a while so we can really get to know the areas we visit rather than just passing through them quickly. We can also focus on working easily when we stay in one spot.

We have used house sitters from Mind A Home several times in the past to look after our own 11 acre rural property in Tasmania when we have taken extended holidays to Nepal & Africa etc. So we know what it is like to entrust the care of your home to others. We are both very practical and are used to caring for animals and solving property issues. We would treat your home as if it was our own and have very high standards of care.

Last house sit we undertook was in the Atherton Tablelands for a period of 6 months while the owner was away in PNG. The property was a 3.5 million dollar house sitting on 130 acres (see last two photos in profile). Work included looking after their Belgian Malinois, house, swimming pool, gardens and surrounding paddocks.
