Hi.

My name is Frank and I own a yoga studio in Alexandria Sydney. Its called Urban Soul and by all means verify my credibility by googling Urban Soul Raw Alexandria

I am young minded,respectful, responsible and can communicate well with 18-80 year olds. I am caring, compassionate....a really gentle soul and I regard it as an honour to look after your pets and home. I want your travels to be worry free :)

Non drinker, non smoker....I try to live a very healthy life.

I have downsized so that I can housesit, stay on organic farms and travel. I am booked out well in advance and love the animals I have looked after so far. All the owners have enjoyed my energy and they would all like me to look after their animals again 😊

My base is my yoga studio but it runs itself, I am hardly there. I actually believe I will travel and housesit for the next 30 years.

I HIGHLY recommend Frank Baran. Frank pet and house sat for over 6 weeks and we found him FANTASTIC !! He was very loving, kind, caring, & attentive to our fur babies (cat & dog) which resulted in them having a wonderful relationship. Frank sent us pictures & videos of our pets, this reassured us they were being very well cared for, so we could enjoy our trip. Like our fur babies, Frank took care of our home extremely well, nothing was damaged or broken. Frank is one in a million. He has a natural rapport with animals, is responsible & reliable. We (& our fur babies) look forward to welcoming Frank back into our home again.
We are all so very grateful we chose Frank Baran to pet & house sit for us, it was an absolute pleasure.

Housesitter Reference 25/8/18
We have tended to limit our travels because we are blessed with a beautiful 8 year old Border Collie. She is our spoilt furbaby and she is very attached to us. We could never leave her in an environment were she did not have 24 hour contact with humans.
We decided to try a house sitter and placed an add on mindahome.
Frank responded and from the very first meeting we could see that our baby was very comfortable with Frank.
Our time away was made more enjoyable because Frank's regular communication made it easy for us to relax knowing our baby was comfortable in her own environment and comfortable with Frank.
Of course she was excited when we returned, but she was also excited when Frank returned to the house and she continues to look for him.
At first we were apprehensive about making such a move but now that we have we feel much more comfortable to again use a house sitter and when required our first call will be to Frank. In fact we have already pencilled in with Frank, our holiday for next year.
Frank, thank you for everything you did for us and for Rigby. We appreciate it and we know she was very happy with the arrangement.

We would very highly recommend Frank for any housesit he is fantastic!!
Frank housesat for us in September 2018 whilst we were away for 4 weeks. He looked after our three very large dogs (walking them regularly) and four cats as well as some garden watering and mail collection from the letter box and the post office.
We returned home to find all animals in very good health and very happy. We have one dog who is reluctant to approach most people and she was obviously very comfortable with Frank. He had spent time getting to know her and giving her time to feel comfortable with him. He also managed the various personalities of our cats and they all very obviously fell in love with him – even looking for him and sleeping on his bed after he had left.
Travelling away from pets can be stressful when you don’t know how they are coping with a new person looking after them but I need not have worried with Frank looking after them. They were all so well looked after and looking so amazingly healthy on our return. To alleviate my concerns about being away from them Frank happily sent us pictures and messages every few days so we knew our pets were being loved and well cared for.
We are so happy we found Frank to look after our home and pets as we know they were well looked after. We have already booked him again for our next holiday. I would be happy to recommend Frank to anyone wanting a caring, compassionate very capable house sitter. Read more...
