Hi, We are a mature responsible couple who just adore all animals big and small. We have both had the privilege of growing up with animals as part of the family, both cats and dogs. At the moment we have a very spoiled Persian cat Wispy, that we rescued from a shelter who is the queen of the house!

Rudi is a builder and landscaper and Karen is a social worker and early childhood teacher. We are also both trained in permaculture so are more than happy to love and care for your garden as well as your beautiful animals. We are also meticulously clean and organised and will treat your home and animals with the love, care and respect that we treat our own.

We know how daunting it can be to leave your beloved animals at home while you are away and are happy to send updates and photos via phone, email or whatever means is easiest for you to receive.

We have just joined mind a home so have not completed our first house sit with this site yet, but have a review on Airbnb when we were in New Zealand and another on the Couchsurfing site from Scotland. We are also more than happy to provide personal references from past employers, neighbours and landlords etc.

We are happy to meet and chat via Skype so that we can get to know each other first. We have also both worked within schools so have working with children checks. We look forward to meeting you and your animals soon! Read more...
