Hi,
My wife and I have just moved from Brisbane,were we have been for the past 6 months,we are both originally from Tasmania but spent quite a few years over the mainland as I was deployed with the military,we are presently staying in Sorell,we both have had vast experience in managing caravan and tourist parks,both in Tasmania and Australia,so looking after other people's property's would come natural to us.
I do have experience in building,so any small maintance jobs that you do require while you are away,I could quite easy manage.
We do have a small dog,King Charles caviller spaniel,that has never had a problem with other animals,and highly house trained,he is 7 years old,also loves cats.
We are both semi retired and can spend as much time as you would like us to,to look after pets,gardens and any other maintance that you require me to do in your absence.
We have just spent the last 7 weeks looking after a property at bream creek Tasmania, were part of that job was to look after two fairly old dogs,one which needed insulin shots morning and night.
Our small dog had no problems adapting there with them.
