My name is Lindsay.
I'm an English expat who has made Melbourne my home. I love Australia and I especially love living in this part of Australia. I'm a big fan of Victoria in general. Pet/house sitting has given me the opportunity to explore different areas in this wonderful city we live in and I am really enjoying getting to know new bits of it!

I'm a grown up too, so you know that I will be responsible and take care of your home and my new furry friends impeccably.

I arrived in Melbourne over two decades ago, although it doesn't feel like it's been that long. I love animals, and would have loved to get a dog or two and a cat or three a few years ago, but I stopped myself. At first it was because I didn't think I was going to be here for more than a few years. After that it was really because as a renter, I knew of the challenges of trying to find rental accommodation when one owns pets.

This is one of the main reasons I love pet-sitting so much. I have the absolute honour and pleasure of looking after your little furry family members whilst you are away. I get to play with them, walk, groom and feed them, take care of their every need. Any additional requests are easy to fulfil - I'm more than happy to water plants, collect mail, whatever is required. And when it's time for you to return and be reunited with your fur babies, you get them back safe, comfortable and happy.

I am happy to pet sit any where around Melbourne and further afield around Victoria. I'm happy to travel and I'm excited to look after most pets, altho my experience has been with your general household pets, cats, dogs, bunnies, fish etc. I have the good fortune of working from home, which is great as a pet sitter because I get to be at home with your pets during the day. I also have a current police check.

Please get in touch with any questions, but certainly, if you Leave 'em with Linz, you won't have to worry about how your dog or cat, hamster or rabbit, alpaca or pony is doing and you'll be kept well informed with pics and messages whilst you are away.

Some of my recent clients:

Mr Miyagi, the beautiful British Blue. This little adventurer does not suffer fools gladly, does not take orders and has the best poker face I've ever seen. I've looked after him a few times and he now winds himself around my legs with such fervour it nearly bowls me over.

The two chocolate labradors were a double dose of sweetness - I have looked after multiple animals many times. These two were energetic and playful and loved to chase the ball and drag sticks around. I was kept on my toes for sure.

The beagle I looked after recently was one of the sweetest dogs I have met in my life. He loved the outdoors and following scents in the park. I love long walks on the beach, in the park, on the pavement, wherever we can to stretch their legs and work off that excess energy.
