More information about this house sitter

We are a happily married young couple with a 5 month old daughter. We are experienced homesteaders,
We took care of chickens, ducks, geese, goats, bees and a very well trained golden retriever. (trained by us)
We have knowledge in permaculture and aquaponics and are very environmentally concious. Love animals of all sorts and love being outside and working the land.
We are also looking for a nice change of scenery as we are from the busy gold coast city.
We are also a non smoking non alcoholic family and have a very healthy paleo diet.

Looking to start house sitting 1 Jan onwards and preferably longer than 3 months

I work as an admin part time at home while looking after our daughter, my husband has done warehousing, operation of forklift work, roadside technician and a parts interpreter the last year.
He's very handy with his tools and built a pretty amazing chicken coop that collected it's own water and had self refilling water for the birds.
He also takes care of our beehive.
I also created a fodder system for our ducks, geese and chickens.
