My home is my pride and joy. I am a home owner who has built my own house (with builders, not by myself).
It has been quite a challenge leaving my house in the care of others so I can really understand your need for the 'right' person/people.
I am very clean and very respectful. Non smoker, Vegetarian.
I love dogs and I can genuinely do my best whatever is needed in your home.
Would like access to internet, as I am studying as well.
I can fix small things and manage minor crisis such as storms and blackouts, and am not scared to go outside in the dark to investigate problems.
I can manage solar system and manage pumps and tank water. Changing washers and such no problems.
I need good heating as I am recently from the sub-tropics.
I love the gardens and am happy to do basic maintenance of gardens and orchards trees, mowing etc. You could come home to some lovely jam or relish.
