Hi there,
My name is Caitlin, I'm a 47-year-old single, semi-retired woman.
I'm a professional musician and also a dedicated mother to two young men (though I now find myself an empty nester!)
I'm an experienced sitter of short and long term jobs, which have involved both animal and garden care.
I'm seeking future house-sits as a way to explore our amazing country, whilst meeting lovely people and their furry friends along the way!
In the coming months, I'm focusing on securing jobs in and around Melbourne. Though I'm passionate about the ocean, so I encourage anyone on the coast to get in touch.
I grew up on a farming property in the Yarra Valley, so I have vast knowledge, experience, and an intrinsic love and understanding of many types of animals. Including horses, goats, poultry, cattle, and of course, cats and dogs.
I have continued to own animals throughout my life. In recent years I've been Mum to a gorgeous Staffy Cross, named Banjo, a beautiful tortoiseshell cat, Shelle & a young tabby-cat, Lilli - though I wouldn't be bringing pets to any house-sits.
I'm also handy in the garden and not afraid to get my hands dirty!
I live a quiet, yet active life. Health & Fitness is a very important part of my days, so I have lots of energy to care for your beloved pets!
I'm a naturally organised person and like to keep my living environment wonderfully neat and tidy. I'm also very adaptable and can easily fit into each household's living style. I'm as happy and at home in a sparsely furnished high-rise city apartment, as I am in a cosy and cluttered hills cottage.
I'm an excellent communicator and can think on my feet & outside the box. I'm hardworking, mature, and highly responsible - I can provide excellent references.
I have a driver's license, a reliable car, and can provide a National Police Check Certificate.
Overall I'm kind, capable, and conscientious, I will treat your home and beloved pets with utmost respect and care.
