My wife and I are a very reliable couple, pet loving non smokers who would treat your home as good as we treat ours, which is to a very high standard. I worked for the same organisation most of my working life and we are now both retired, which means we are very reliable and flexible. We live in Canberra but have travelled extensively, including living in France for a year in 2011/12 and enjoy that aspect of life. We are home bodies who respect others property, non smokers, love pets and are keen gardeners. We have police records checks and references available if required.

In 2018 we completed a six week sit in Melbourne. In 2016 we completed a four week sit in Brisbane. Excellent references from the owners of those properties are under the REVIEWS button on this page.

In 2017 we completed a two week house sit in Ely England and a copy of the excellent reference from that is below. Contact details for all referees is available if required. All our references attest to our reliability, friendliness, cleanliness and above all, great affinity with the owner's pets.

Both the 2018 Melbourne sit (Balwyn North) and the Ely UK sit asked us to sit for them again in early 2020 but unfortunately COVID mucked those plans up.

Wayne & Sue sat at our house in Ely looking after our two Old English Sheepdogs, Pip and Harry. We could not recommend Wayne & Sue highly enough to mind your home and furbabies! We could not have been happier with how contented and healthy our much loved family pets were when we returned from our holiday. They kept looking for Wayne and Sue long after they left us to return to Australia.

This was the first time we have had house sitters and we were slightly apprehensive leaving our much loved pets in the care of strangers. We need not have bothered. Wayne & Sue stayed with us for two nights before we left for our holidays and seeing how well they interacted with our pets showed us that they genuinely cared for them and that made us feel very comfortable leaving them in their care. Not only were our pets very happy on our return, our house had been looked after extremely well.

We cannot recommend them highly enough to take care of your animals and home. We are hoping they will be available again in future, we would rate them very highly. They are a wonderful couple and we became good friends with them, still maintaining contact across the seas.
