About this house sitting position in Coburg

We're situated in Coburg Melbourne, 700mt to the local train station and 1km to the main strip of shops including the big supermarkets, chemists, Dan Murphy's, an array of eateries and the Coburg Mall. We also have the fabulous Bush Reserve playground near by with a short walk.
The new Pentridge complex is also nearby which has some amazing dining options, outdoor cinema, the best IGA, water park for the kids and a cinema.
The beautiful Coburg Lake and Merri Creek are also a short drive or 20minute walk away - the perfect spot for a picnic or some exercise!

Our home is warm and inviting, definitely not precious but clean and tidy, with a beautiful backyard space, living area with open fire place, kitchen/meals, four bed, 1 bath and evaporative cooling. Admittedly, the home is our little project so it's not fully renovated but the main guest room on offer for a sitter is (as well as the second guest room if required). That means some areas of the house like the kitchen and bathroom, are still trapped in the 70's! The main guest room features a comfortable queen size bed, desk with printer, sitting chair and cupboard space if requested. The second guest room if required, features 2 x King Single beds.

During your stay, you'd also be required to look after our very sooky and loveable 5 year Mini-Groodle called AJ. He's a huge smoocher and is very much part of the home. He'll require 1-2 walks daily as well as been fed morning and night.
The indoor plants would only need one small water during the whole week but there's a couple of outdoor plants and the lawn that might need a quick shower 2-3 times during your stay.
